WHAT can be returned?
All change of mind returns can be returned if in re-saleable condition (unopened and unused) within 90 days of your purchase. All faulty goods please contact us first by email.

HOW do customers return items?
All items must be packed properly to avoid damage and include a copy of your purchase invoice. If you want to return your items due to change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning.
SHIPPING for returns?
For change of mind returns the customer is responsible for freight charges to Al Barber Pty Ltd. We also do not reimburse the initial shipping fee.
CREDIT for returns?
For change of mind returns we will fully refund minus original delivery charge. Please allow 3 – 5 days upon receipt of goods.
INSTORE return option?
If you would prefer to return you goods in person , Al Barber is located at 117a/2d Charles Street Canterbury NSW 2193. Please provide receipt/email invoice for proof of purchase.
